The most prestigious LPGA Tour professional women’s golf event, the 2025 ShopRite LPGA Classic, will take place at Seaview, Galloway, from June 6–8, 2025. The Atlantic City LPGA Classic was its original title when it debuted in 1986, and Seaview Golf Course served as its first venue for two consecutive years. In 1998, the tournament moved back to Seaview and has stayed there ever since.

Every year, the tournament hosts the biggest Pro-Am in professional golf and attracts fans from all corners of the Northeast region. Since its inception, it has received over $37 million in charitable donations.

In 2022, Brooke Henderson secured a victory over Lindsey Weaver-Wright in a playoff with the help of a remarkable eagle, following her second-place finish in 2021.
