2024 Champions Tour Schedule Announced

 

The 2024 Champions Tour schedule has been released, which will include 28 events. The season will begin with the Mitsubishi Electric Championship from January 18-20, 2024, in Ka’upulehu-Kona, Hawaii, and conclude at the Charles Schwab Cup Championship in Phoenix, Arizona, on Sunday, November 10, 2024. The Simmons Bank Championship in Little Rock, Arkansas, will be added to the 25-event regular season, and players will travel to 19 different states and three other countries (Morocco, Scotland, and Canada). All golfers will battle for the total prize money of $67 million; this will be the biggest purse in the 44-season history of the PGA Tour Champions.

There are five major championships on the Champions Tour 2024 schedule. The first major event, The Regions Tradition, will take place in May at Greystone Golf & Country Club in Birmingham, Alabama, and the final major event, The Senior Open, presented by Rolex, will be held in July at Carnoustie Golf Links in Scotland. After the major season is over, the Boeing Classic will take place at Club at Snoqualmie Ridge outside of Seattle in August, and then the PGA Tour Champions will head north of the border for their annual trip to play the Shaw Charity Classic at Canyon Meadows Golf & Country Club in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The Ally Challenge concludes the month at the historic Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
