A professional men's golf event is held annually in Kenya under the name Kenya Open. In 1967, it was established on the Safari Circuit; in 1991, it was included in the Challenge Tour; and in 2019, it was elevated to the rank of an elite event on the DP World Tour.

It has always been held at either the Muthaiga Golf Club or the Karen Country Club in Nairobi. Major champions like Ian Woosnam, Seve Ballesteros, and Trevor Immelman have won it over the years. Ashun Wu won his 4th DP World Tour title in 2022 by 4 strokes.
